Another Green Label item I have found myself wearing over and over again is the Asymmetric Tunic. At the start of Spring, I actually opted for the Asymmetric Tunic in Black as I was looking for a new alternative to the classic Little Black Dress. Now… this tunic is not meant to be worn as a dress, therefore I did end up choosing it in one size larger than what I would typically wear. Despite needing an updated LBD, I still find myself wearing this tunic in a variety of ways. It’s so soft and flowy, I’ve even found it to be a great option a hot desert day, despite it being made of Black silk.

First, I’ve styled a uber casual look… probably influenced by my recent trip to Mexico. Here, I’ve paired the tunic with a loose fitting Jigsaw linen pant. I’ve had these pants for about 5 years and they are still in great condition!!! Again, I’ve got the long layered necklaces on (my favorite) to add to the long drape of the entire outfit. To give these dark colors a more summer feel, I’ve thrown a beige knit cotton vest over the tunic and finalized the outfit with an flat beige sandal.

And of course, here’s that updated LBD look I was originally going for. I actually wore this exact outfit on anniversary date night with my main man! I’ve always been a fan of short, short dresses… but as I reach my thirties, I feel I should be a bit more conscious of that hemline. Hence, loving this tunic with it’s asymmetric hemline… short in the front while being longer and more elegant in the back. Here, I’ve paired the tunic with a black vintage handbag, a black stiletto and some very long, layered pearls.

And finally, for a more conservative evening look or even a dressy day out, I’ve paired this Asymmetric Tunic with a tea length skirt. Styling a skirt with a tunic creates the feel and look of a dress… and I love dresses! To accentuate the reds in the skirt, I accessorized with a tan handbag and tan platform sandals.

No matter what the trends, I always have so much boho in my closet. This outfit seems to showcase the floral skirt in a more elegant bohemian fashion than how I usually wear it… I’ve made a new discovery!

And look how lovely the tunic’s asymmetric hemline looks from the back…
